Why property management became a niche

Managing a rental puts you close to the property and the owner. You see what tenants care about, which repairs keep coming back, how communities handle leasing and what makes a property easier or harder to own over time.

I like keeping communication simple: be easy to reach, tell the owner what is happening and handle the details without making the relationship more complicated than it needs to be.
